AMV is pleased to present its first collection of melodies and poetry. The compositions are written from the heart with an attempt to continue the rich tradition of American contemporary music. AMV is Electric Folk Blues which borrows from the Rock and Jazz scenes. The members of AMV sincerely hope you enjoy this first collection. There will be more.

The Boston Connection: Scott Albrecht and Al Ross have been playing and writing music together since the 60's. Together they blend the worlds of Jazz, Folk, and World Beat. They have played Jazz, Folk and Rock clubs throughout the New England Area. Both have worked as studio musicians.

The Cincinnati Scene: Billy Super, Murry Haussler, Greg Colina, and Dale Cassett bring a cross section of Folk, Blues, and Rock to AMV. They have played together for over 10 years and have been important members of the Mid-west music community. All have worked as studio musicians.

The Kid From East Baltimore: Gary "Mud Bone" Cooper has been involved with the music industry for over 25 years. His vocals can be heard on 19 Gold and Platinum albums including the Rolling Stones, Sly and the Family Stone, James Brown, and the Funkadelics. He has written two top ten singles: "I'd Rather Be With You" and "Let's Go All The Way."

Special Thanks: To our families and friends for the encouragement we have received throughout the years. A very special thanks to Ms. Kim Seay who lent her vocals to this collection, and to Dan Murphy for his sound engineering skills and hard work.
